1. Orders
All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation of pricing & quantities, and acceptance by OzChem Co.
Ozchem Co reserves the right to adjust prices in response to changes or errors from suppliers or freighters. Should Ozchem Co require payment reflecting these price adjustments, you have the option to cancel your order by notifying Ozchem Co within seven days of the price increase announcement.
Ozchem Co reserves the right to restrict or cancel any orders placed on our website under the following circumstances:
Multiple irregular orders are placed (e.g., from the same credit card, household, or address).

Delivery dates provided are approximate and contingent upon the availability of the products. Ozchem Co will not be held accountable for any delays in delivery experienced by the Applicant.
Ozchem Co commits to delivering the products or organising transportation on behalf of the Applicant at the Applicant’s cost, following the Applicant’s written instructions.
Unless explicitly agreed upon otherwise in writing, the choice of transportation mode remains at Ozchem Co’s discretion.
